As a customer your satisifaction is important to us. These products we sell are all hand made by us and so their appearance can change from those images on our website and social media feeds. This is simply a result of the hand made process we use. We pride ourselves on creating unique products that we know you'll love using because we use them all ourselves.

Wholesale Inquiries

We hand make all our products however we are set up for larger orders from any company wishing to stock our soaps.

We also offer our products to hotels, B&Bs and holiday lodges looking to impress their guests with something locally produced to a  high quality for their guests to enjoy during their stay. We make smaller bars of soap ideal for this market so please get in touch if you are interested in stocking the products.

Payment Methods

We are happy to accept - PAYPAL online, please note you do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase, CASH at events or BACS online for larger orders. We are able to take card payments over the phone if you prefer. Call Emma on 07766 028 202.


Packaging, the sometimes controversial subject at times. Because of where we live we have to be very considerate of our own rubbish and how much we really need to put out for the bin men, we do live in the middle of fields! So when we decided to make soap, we carefully picked how we package our products. We use unbleached brown paper for the packaging around the soap and package it for postage only in recyclable products.

The Jiffy bags are padded with paper waste, the boxes we post the larger orders out in are packed with shredded paper. Everything can be recycled at your home. 

As for the supplies we need to buy in, we reuse all the boxes we have here for larger orders to be send out. The products we buy in comes in plastic bottles or tubs. Rather than throw these away we have found we can re-use these for various uses around our smallholding and the plant nursery that Emma runs. 

postage and delivery POLICY

We send all small pages and single soap orders by Royal Mail however larger orders and packages will be sent by DPD. We aim to have your order packaged and sent within 2 working days unless you have pre-ordered an item, in which case you will be told the postage date in the future.  Larger orders may take longer to process but we will be in touch if that is the case. Please contact us specifically if your order relates to a business or event such as wedding favours so that we can be sure to complete the order on time for you. Postal deliveries will only be made Tuesdays and Thursdays. 


Any personalised soaps will be made to order and payment must be made at time of ordering. Please note it takes 4 weeks to cure the soap and this must be taken into account when ordering, thank you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are legally allowed to exchange their purchases within 14 days as long as we have been contacted to be made aware. Due to the product we will need them returned to us unused and with its original packaging otherwise no refund can be given due to the nature of the product.

Any refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the goods back.

Please note that our products are all hand made, they are unique in appearance which is subject to change due to the process of making each item. We pride ourselves in each and every bar produced, but sometimes the finished product will differ. Please take that into account when ordering. We pride ourselves on our products and we use them ourselves. All our recipes have been tested in line with EU legislation and have been tested for safety by a registered chemist.
